The mission of the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce is to develop, promote and preserve the general business and community interests served by the organization.

The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization dedicated to the economic vitality of the area it serves. With a membership of over 625 businesses the chamber actively supports and promotes its members through programs, products and services designed for business success.
The Chamber has an eleven member board of directors who develops policy and programs for the chamber. Day to day operations is managed by the President/CEO and assisted by staff and volunteers.
The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce was originally incorporated in 1974 under the name of the Prescott Valley Businessmens Association, Inc and in 1975 the name was officially changed to the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce.
