New Horizons Disability Resource Center

The New Horizons Disability Empowerment Center kicked off April with a Grand Opening of the "D.E.C." (Disability Empowerment Campus) . Congressman Paul Gosar was represented by Jeremiah Cota at this commemorative opening. New Horizons location can be found at 9400 E.
