New Horizons DisAbility Empowerment Center helps all people in Northern Arizona with any disability live the most self-directed, independent live possible. We offer residents of Yavapai County a number of free and low cost programs and activities that empower people to help themselves live the fullest life possible- BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!
