PCA Lights of Hope and Gratitude: A New Holiday Tradition Glittering lights, colorful projections, a 12-foot tree, and giant snowflakes and candy canes are all part of a new holiday tradition called PCA Lights of Hope and Gratitude at the Prescott Center for the Arts, 208 N. Marina Street until the end of December. “We are gifting our community with a beautifully decorated campus that can be enjoyed from all directions, up close and in your car,” said Robyn Allen, PCA Executive Director. “Even though this was a challenging year, PCA is thankful for so much: a redesigned Main Stage in a Cabaret format, innovative and expanded programming, continued support from our patrons, and a major donation from an anonymous angel to build a new studio theater.” “This display is our way of giving thanks to our communities at a time when we all need more hope and smiles.” PCA will also host a free outdoor, socially-distanced?Holiday Open House and Market?on?December 12, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Activities include entertainment in the courtyard, cookies from local bakeries and bakers, small-group cabaret theatre tours, and a holiday market in the gallery with locally crafted gifts for purchase. Learn about the new theater plans and meet costumed cast members from the upcoming virtual Family Theater performance, "The Great Christmas Cookie Bake-Off," an on-demand video streaming experience. Ticket sales benefit youth programs and scholarship.? Except when sampling the wonderful cookie assortment, masks are required during the tour and when in the gallery; social distancing is encouraged. We invite you to celebrate the holidays with us safely! Our cookie sponsors include: The Bee & The Bear Bakery, Prescott Breadery, Flour Stone Bakery, Olde World Bakery, and Judy Toth.
