Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting an Art Sampler class: Shades & Shapes, Charcoal Still Life – November 6, 2025, from 5:30-6:30PM. Explore the art of charcoal drawing in our free Shades & Shapes Art Sampler workshop. This beginner-friendly class will guide you through capturing the depth, texture, and shadows of a still life using charcoal. All supplies are provided just come ready to experiment, get a little messy, and create your own bold, expressive artwork to take home. This series is taught by Audrey Ashcraft, a local artist with experience working in many mediums. Having grown up in a military family, she has traveled extensively, allowing her to learn about art and culture from many corners of the globe.
