Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting a program on Bonsai, in partnership with Yavapai County Master Gardeners on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:45PM. Curious about the peaceful and creative world of Bonsai? Join us at the Prescott Valley Public Library for a friendly and informative presentation on this ancient art form. Learn what Bonsai is, how to choose the right tree, what materials you’ll need, and tips for styling and shaping, plus a few common mistakes to avoid. Whether you’re a plant lover or simply want to learn something new, this relaxing session is the perfect way to explore the beauty of Bonsai. Presenter: Laurin Pause Laurin became a Master Gardener in 2019 and has served as the Speakers Bureau Chair for the past two years. She is an avid backyard gardener, applying the information gained to all aspects of caring for her yard and that of her community and promoting good stewardship of our environment.
