This 2-part series is designed for nonprofit agency executive directors & program staff interested in learning about Process Improvement methodology, and getting hands-on experience in identifying possible improvements and taking action.
Session I: Intro to Process Improvement is designed to introduce the subjects of Process Improvement, Quality and Change management, with topics like;Evolution of methodologies and World of Six Sigma
Session II: Process Improvement Workout (3/22)**
This workshop allows you (at least one representative from your organization must have attended Session I) and fellow colleagues to get hands-on experience to identify opportunities and develop action plans to address problems in an organization that may affect quality and operational effectiveness.
