Ronnajean “RJ” Tarantino is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Trauma Informed Coach, and Founder of Recover. Restore. Rebuild. She specializes in supporting high functioning ADHD and autistic women who are exhausted from masking, surviving, and holding everything together on the outside while quietly struggling underneath it all.
After decades believing she was the problem, RJ now helps women better understand themselves, release limiting beliefs rooted in childhood experiences, and rebuild lives that finally fit who they truly are.
RJ’s work blends hypnotherapy, coaching, emotional awareness, and practical support to help women move from overwhelm and self-doubt toward clarity, self-trust, and lasting change.
Her core philosophy is simple:
You’re not broken. You’ve been surviving.
