Monday's at 630pm Intermediate Total 360 Karate, Fridays 630 pm Intermediate Total 360 Karate, Saturdays Beginner Total 360 Karate 8 am, 915 am Advanced Total 360 Karate, and 1030 am for Total 360 Yoga. Total 360 is a combination of training in martial arts, personal training, and Yoga. It combines the Yin and Yang to develop strong minds, relationships, training, and results.

Why should I study karate ?
?Karate is an art that values tradition, discipline and hard work. Karate will teach you that nothing is impossible. You will learn how to respect others, yourself and how to protect yourself. Along the way you will make friends, learn Japanese customs and phrases while engaging in fun activities. Karate is for everyone.
Why should I study yoga?
Yoga helps the mind connect with the body, teaches restorative concepts, while increasing flexibility, spatial awareness and mindfulness.
Community-oriented karate
?Karate is not just an art for the individual. Karate began as a community self-defense program. As such, karate should give back to the community. As a part of the Prescott Valley community, we will be doing volunteer and community service events. We are all part of this community and should do our best to help each other.
