    • Talent Show & Contest – May 11, Thursday, 6:00 pm (Doors open at 5:30 pm) Ticket cost is $5 for over 18 years old. 

    Location: Main Street Theatre, 3235 N Main Street

    Three categories of Ages – 5 from each age group will be chosen at auditions.  (Group acts are welcome, age group will be determined by whatever ages there are the most of in the group.)

    • 10- 14
    • 15-18
    • 19 & Up

    First Place Winner in each category will receive $50 prize.  Group acts will share the prize among the group.

  • On Saturday, May 13th at 9 a.m. the parade sponsored by the Prescott Valley Early Bird Lions Club will begin. “Never Ending Neon! Because life should be colorful!” is the theme and we invite youth, businesses, non-profits and community members to join us for this Prescott Valley Days tradition.

  • The Bear Dash 5k is a 'fun' run/walk that takes you through the streets of downtown Prescott Valley.  This event is part of the annual festivities and celebration known as  'Prescott Valley Days' and begins directly following the parade at the side entrance of the Findlay Toyota Center.  Look for signs!  The course provides room enough for both runners and walkers (strollers welcome!) and plays host to great views and an opportunity to experience Prescott Valley through a whole new lens.  This is an event for all that would like to participate from beginners, walkers, runners, and those seeking a competitive running environment.   All proceeds go to support education through the Humboldt Education Foundation.  

    ****Please check in at the tables set up at the Findlay Toyota Center side entrance at 10 am to receive your shirt and swag bag.

  • Join us for the third annual PV Days Cosplay Contest. This is such a fun event and we are glad to bring it back for another year!

    We encourage all participants to pre-register ahead of the event. Registration will only be open from 10:30-11:00am on May 13th. We ask all participant to please review the 2023 Cosplay Contest Rules.

    Prizes: Prizes will be awarded in each age category.

  • Marketplace Vendors 

    Are you a crafter, artisan, jewelry maker, face painter, or goods seller?? You do not want to miss the opportunity to be in the PV Day's Marketplace where over 4000 guests pass through over two days. 

    • Booth Spaces are 10 x 10 and cost $115.00 per 10 x 10. 
    • Booths are in an open air market that is "rain or shine" and each vendor is required to to provide their own tents, tables and chairs.  
    • There will be no electricity provided at the venue. Each vendor will be responsible to provide their own.  (Note the hours the Marketplace is open and prepare for booth lights to be open during the night hours.) 

    Marketplace Hours: 
    Friday, May 12 – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm 
    Saturday, May 13 – 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

    Set Up Times: 
    Friday, May 12 – 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm

    Food Truck Vendors

    Come and join us at PV Days and showcase your food truck for 1000's of people.  The Open Air Marketplace is a “rain or shine” event and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather.

    • Cost is $100 per space
    • Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs, protection from the weather and must be self-contained.
    • The Event will NOT provide power so all mobile food units must provide their own generators if needed.

    Marketplace Hours: 
    Friday, May 12 – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm 
    Saturday, May 13 – 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

    Set Up Times: 
    Friday, May 12 – 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm

  • Be one of the elite to advertise your business with a Banner Sponsorship at PV Days.  Your banner will be displayed on the fence around the main stage for 3 days and seen by 1000's of people. 


    Choose to have your banner hung on the outside fence facing Glassford Hill Rd for premium exposure, on the inside of the fence for all carnival and festival attendees to see or BOTH!  

    Only 1 banner per industry will be selected.  

    *Political Banners are excluded.

    Due By: Provide the Chamber with your banner no later than Monday, May 8, 2023. 

    Size: Banner size allowed  6′ x 3′ (72″ x 36″),  4′ x 2′ (48″ x 24″) or 3' x 2' (36" x 24").  Banners must have grommet holes in each corner and in the center top and bottom.
