DESCRIPTION:Prescott Valley Public Library\, in partnership with SilverKite Community Art Classes presents Paper Flowers\, Saturday\, May 7th 2022 @ 1:30 pm. In this workshop you'll learn some basic techniques to transform paper into a beautiful blossoms. Paper flowers can be as fancy or playful as your imagination and materials will allow. Here are some suggested supplies. See what you have around your house.   An assortment of paper: construction paper\, card stock\, magazines\, tissue paper\, crepe paper\, paper streamers\, etc.   An assortment of adhesives: Tacky Glue or other craft glue\, double stick tape\, glue stick\, hot glue\, or floral tape.   Stem materials: could include floral wire\, sculpture wire\, pipe cleaners\, straws or sticks   Scissors   Something to score paper\, it could be a bone folder\, popsicle stick or a dried-out ballpoint pen Facilitated by Ali Alderman This class is free.
