DESCRIPTION:Reflections in Tea an Exhibition by Michele Brody Originating on the N.Y.C. streets within a coffee cart\, began this community-based public art project. The Art of Tea and Memory will be hosted at the Prescott Art Gallery by New York artist Michele Brody. The ritual performance of preparing loose-leaf tea within special paper filters is shared with individuals during an Asian influenced tea ceremony. Ms. Brody will create and interactive group quilt made up of participants' stories and poems about the community.
