2026 PV Days Booth Vendor Registration

Vendor Guidelines

• The Open Air Marketplace is a “rain or shine” event and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather. 
• Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs and protection from the weather. (Pop up Tents).  
• Vendors are required to provide adequate weights for their pop up tents as there is wind to be mindful of. 
• Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove items deemed inappropriate. This includes items that may be considered in poor taste or foul language. 
• Each vendor spot will be numbered and staff will be available to help you find your spot. Details on space assignment, vendor unloading and parking will be provided within one week of the event.   
• Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal items. 
• Individual booth security will not be provided.

Food Truck Vendor Space Details

• The Open Air Marketplace is a “rain or shine” event and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather.

• The Event will NOT provide power; mobile food units must provide their own generators if necessary. 
• Details on space assignment, vendor unloading and parking will be provided within one week of the event.   
• Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal items. 
• Individual booth security will not be provided.
• Must have required licenses and permits from the Health Department.
