PV Days Booth Vendor Registration 2024
Vendor Application Information DATE: Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11, 2024 LOCATION: Findlay Toyota Center 3201 Main St, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 TIME: Friday, May 10 – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm & Saturday, May 11 – 11:00 am – 10:00 pm BOOTH SIZE: Single Booth – 10 X 10 feet & Double Booth – 10 X 20 feet SET-UP TIME: Friday, May 10 – 11:00 pm – 3:30 pm BOOTH FEE: For applications received prior to April 26th:
Single booth: $150.00 Double booth: $300.00
For applications received after April 26th:
Single booth: $175.00 Double booth: $350.00
** Prescott Valley Chamber & HBA members will receive a $25.00 discount.ELECTRICITY: Electricity will not be available. PAYMENT: Payment is required in full with application. Applications will not be assigned a number
until payment is received.DEADLINE: Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, May 1, 2024 or until all spaces are filled. - The Open Air Marketplace is a “rain or shine” event and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
- Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs and protection from the weather. (Pop up Tents).
- Vendors are required to provide adequate weights for their pop up tents as there is wind to be mindful of.
- Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove items deemed inappropriate. This includes items that may be considered in poor taste or foul language.
- Each vendor spot will be numbered and staff will be available to help you find your spot. Details on space assignment, vendor unloading and parking will be provided within one week of the event.
- Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal items.
- Individual booth security will not be provided.
