    • Talent Show & Contest – Thursday, May 9th at 6:00 pm (Doors open at 5:30 pm) Ticket cost is $5 for over 18 years old. 

    Location: Prescott Valley Performing Arts & Main Street Theatre, 3235 N Main Street, Prescott Valley 

    Three categories of Ages – 5 from each age group will be chosen at auditions.  (Group acts are welcome, age group will be determined by whatever ages there are the most of in the group.)

    • 10- 14
    • 15-18
    • 19 & Up

    First Place Winner in each category will receive $50 prize.  Group acts will share the prize among the group.

  • On Saturday, May 11th at 9 a.m. the parade sponsored by the Prescott Valley Early Bird Lions Club will begin.

    “Out of this World” is the theme and we invite youth, businesses, non-profits and community members to join us for this Prescott Valley Days tradition.

  • Join us for the fourth annual PV Days Cosplay Contest. This is such a fun event and we are glad to bring it back for another year!

    We encourage all participants to pre-register ahead of the event. Registration will only be open from 10:30-11:00am on May 11th. We ask all participant to please review the 2024 Cosplay Contest Rules.

    Are you a crafter, artisan, jewelry maker, face painter, or goods seller? 
    You do not want to miss the opportunity to be in the PV Day's Marketplace where thousands of guests pass

    through over two days. 

     

    Date: Friday, May 10 & Saturday, May 11, 2024

    Location: Findlay Toyota Center 3201 Main Street, Prescott Valley, AZ  86314

    Marketplace Time: Friday, May 10 - 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm 
                                             Saturday, May 11 - 11:00 am - 10:00 pm

    Booth Size:  Single Booth - 10 x 10 feet or Double booth - 10 x 20 feet 

    Set-up Time: Friday, May 10 - 11:00 am - 3:30 pm 

    Electricity: Electricity is not available for this event.  All vendors will need to supply battery operated lights for the inside of your booth. Generators are not allowed. 

    Booth Fee:  Applications received prior to April 26th - $150.00 per booth
                            Applications received after April 26th - $175.00 per booth
                             ** Prescott Valley Chamber & HBA members receive a $25 discount

    Payment: Payment is required in full with online application. 

    Deadline: Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, May 1, 2024 or until all spaces are filled. 

     

    Vendor Guidelines

    • The Open Air Marketplace is a “rain or shine” event and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
    • Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs and protection from the weather. (Pop up Tents). 
    • Vendors are required to provide adequate weights for their pop up tents as there is wind to be mindful of.
    • Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove items deemed inappropriate. This includes items that may be considered in poor taste or foul language.
    • Each vendor spot will be numbered and staff will be available to help you find your spot. Details on space assignment, vendor unloading and parking will be provided within one week of the event.  
    • Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal items.
    • Individual booth security will not be provided.

  • Be one of the elite to advertise your business with a Banner Sponsorship at PV Days.  Your banner will be displayed on the fence around the main stage for 3 days and seen by 1000's of people. 

     

    Choose to have your banner hung on the outside fence facing Glassford Hill Rd for premium exposure, on the fence facing the parking lot for all carnival and festival attendees to see or BOTH!  

    Only 1 banner per industry will be selected.  

    *Political Banners are excluded.

    Due By: Provide the Chamber with your banner no later than Monday, May 6, 2024. 

    Size: Banner size allowed  6′ x 3′ (72″ x 36″),  4′ x 2′ (48″ x 24″) or 3' x 2' (36" x 24").  Banners must have grommet holes in each corner and in the center top and bottom.
